6th Annual Fiber Arts Festival - This family-friendly event is open to all ages and celebrates the work of area fiber artists and enthusiasts. Visitors can watch more than 30 local fiber artists demonstrate their skills in many mediums, including weaving, rug hooking and braiding, spinning, quilting, knitting, tatting and more. Visitors are welcome to bring along their own projects, either in progress or completed, to particiapate in an idea exchange with others. Children and grown-ups are invited to try out a varitety of hands-on learning experiences. New in 2015 - Enjoy the debut of the Always Beading exhibit featuring both traditional and contemporary Ojibwe and Ho-Chunk art.. Not only view, but join in the fun of the event.

Comedie Faire - A fun event - Come laugheth out loudeth! Two comedies - Princess Grace of Knockerdown and Fairytale Princess Game of Thrones. Double plays, but single the price. This is a fundraiser for the Apple Pregnancy Care Center here in Eau Claire.

Fraktur Class - There's an art medium called Fraktur that is asssociated with Rug Hooking. The teaching of this art will be taught in a series of classes at the Chippewa Valley Museum. Fraktur refers to hand-drawn fonts and designs that were common in rug hooking in Colonial America. Those who attend will be taught how to perform this art medium. The classes will be held each Tuesday evening from March 3rd through 31.

Advance registration is required, as space is limited to 15 people. Students are asked to bring their own hook, frame and scissors, if they have them. Otherwise these items will be provided by the instructor.

Concert Chippewa Valley Chorus - This community chorus will be performing in concert in Chippewa Falls. Their selections include classical and religious as well as popular and gospel music. This will be a benefit concert for alzheimer and dementia care for patients and caregivers.

Silent Messengers - Scripture says there is a time to speak and time to be quiet. This is the time of the year when Christians turn their thoughts to the redemptive story of Christ's crucifixion, death and resurrection. Beleiving in Jesus is our pathway to foriveness for our sins. APPLE Volunteer Training - If you have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, are a compassionate advocate for life, love people and enjoy listening to others, and have a desire to touch lives, God can use you and we would love to have you serve Him with us in pregnancy care ministry. By particpating in the training, you will be equipped to meet with our clients in the office. Training begins March 9th from 6:30pm - 9:30pm and will continue each Monday evening for the next seven weeks. Training will be held at the APPLE office.

Chippwa Valley Motorcycle Show & Blessing - This is an event to "love" on our community.. As well as, provide a fun and safe place for fellow cycle lovers. Everyone in the family is welcome. There will be a speaker, multiple vendors, including the local cycle shops. There will be merchandise on display. Also, come see the Midwest Mayhem show, inflatables, coloring contst, kiddy tattoo shop, caricature, hair beading/braiding, & etc. all for free.

Iron Disciples - The Iron Disciples Christian Motorcyclists Assn., Eau Claire Chapter meet on the second Sunday of each month of April through October. The meetings are held beginning at 4:30pm at the Culver's Restaurant, 2753 Commercial Blvd., Chippewa Falls, across from Wal Mart in Lake Hallie. Join us for burgers and ice cream for fellowship, share ride stories, evangelism experiences and talk bikes.
