Red Cross Blood Drive - Approximately every two seconds, a patient in the United States needs blood. In order to be prepared to respond to patient needs and emergencies on a daily basis, the American Red Cross relies on the generosity and dedication of its blood drive coordinators and blood donors to support its lifesaving mission.

Kids Power Hour - Sports fans check our next session of Power Hour. Enjoy playing basketball, soccer, and a bit of gymnastics if you desire! Date Night Challenge - a two-hour event featuring comedian Jeff Allen, singer/songwriter Michael O'Brien and bestselling authors Dr. Greg and Erin Smalley via webcast. During the event the Smalley's will explain the power of dating your mate and encourage couples to take the "Date Night Challenge." Go on three dates in three weeks.This is a part of a national "date night movement" where the goal is for 5-million dates to take place across the country during the month of February. This is a free event held at Bethseda.

The program will give women the opportunity to come together to enjoy friendship, laughter and the positive influence they have on those around them.
